I have lived here 1 year and am moving for a variety of reasons, some related to the complex but most are not. Overall my experience has been pretty good. When I first took my lease here there was a problem with one apartment that was rented by younger tenants that were routinely smoking marijuana on their porch...needless to say, they got evicted. It happened fairly quickly and I was impressed that it was dealt with. Since then I have experienced nothing more than just living day to day. Maintenance staff is friendly and willing to help even if you catch them in the parking lot. Office staff was decent and helpful...but my leasing agent(gone now) was horrible...I believe he was fired or quit. The apartments/townhomes are a very nice size (2 BD with Den), but a bit dated. A thorough update would do wonders for this complex!! carpets are "meh" and the cabinetry is repainted white to "update" the look. Other than that the apartment is laid out well and has plenty of room for 2 people. Generally the entire complex is pretty quiet and most people that I have met are respectful and keep to themselves. Only issue i ever really had was having my parking spot assigned to 2 different people on two occasions. It was handled within a day.
