Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I live at the Don Senior Apartments, and I am very happy. I moved in on November 2006, and so far it's been very good. The manager is very nice lady, she is always helping the seniors of this building with any trouble, orginzing activities for us.
The Maintenance Manager is always on top of everything. He keeps this buidling very clean, and anything we need in the apartment he fixes right away.
I highly recomend the The Don Senior Apartments to any Senior of the City of Wilmington.
