Great managment! - I live here for many years now and let me tell you that over the last 2 years the new manager has improved this community. dump The office staff here are slimy and deceitful. Poor grounds maintenance.
The apartments themselves are dumpy and you WILL have too much problem by maintanence to fix things. My suggestion is to look elsewhere to live unless you like headaches.

Great New Manager and Property is a wonderful place to live. I love these apartment homes. They are all townhomes. Upstairs and downstars as well. The new manager is great. He is always in the office and also takes care of all my needs. The maitenance staff are very freindly. I placed a work order

Clean & Comfy I live at the Don Senior Apartments, and I am very happy. I moved in on November 2006, and so far it's been very good. The manager is very nice lady, she is always helping the seniors of this building with any trouble, orginzing activities for us.

Place is gone to he11 When we first moved in, it looked great but now it is totally crazy. This place has too many problems and not enough things getting done. Too many kids playing wildly without supervision, and yelling around the premises. Cars get broken into and vandalized constantly.

Not worth the price. Nice place, ample parking (2 parking stalls per unit), clean pools.
Too many mosquitos.
Landscapers constantly on grounds with very loud leaf blowers early in the mornings (7am).
Kids playing football in parking lots, and banging on parked cars.
