Not bad, but not absolutely the best - I have lived here 1 year and am moving for a variety of reasons, some related to the complex but most are not. Overall my experience has been pretty good. Place is gone to he11 When we first moved in, it looked great but now it is totally crazy. This place has too many problems and not enough things getting done. Too many kids playing wildly without supervision, and yelling around the premises. Cars get broken into and vandalized constantly.

Not worth the price. Nice place, ample parking (2 parking stalls per unit), clean pools.
Too many mosquitos.
Landscapers constantly on grounds with very loud leaf blowers early in the mornings (7am).
Kids playing football in parking lots, and banging on parked cars.
