It has gone through 4 managements in that time one who couldnt speak english very well, and only. I had neighbors upstairs that lived rather gross they had garbage on the porch for days at a time and roaches pretty bad. Very nice apartments - I really like these apartments. They are very nice inside, especially for the cost. One downside is no assigned parking, though only residents can park under overhangs if that makes you feel any better.
