Pretty nice - Very quiet complex. If you like your music loud...don´t bother, lots of elserly here, won´t put up with it and you will be out. I feel very safe here and when something goes wrong with anything in apartments, management is quick to take care of it. Nice location near groceries and schools, easy access to main street. I wish I had known - I lived at montery appartments for three years. Not really because I wanted more because I couldnt afford to leave. The walls are extreamly thin and you can hear just about everything from everyone around you in differant appartments. The air doesnt work real well.
