1. Current online price for one bedroom apartment here is $999. But the guy who lives in over there has to pay $1139 to renew, meaning there is $140 difference or "punishment pricing" for the guy lived there for more than 3 years.
2. The staff always tried to prevent anyone to talk to the manager.
3. Fire alarm battery was dead for more than one year already, still no any action to try to change the battery.
4. It will take staff more than two weeks to get any answer for any complains.
5. The staff is always very rude.

I disagree... I think the staff is WONDERFUL!! They have always been on top of any work orders I have submitted. As for the rent they go by the market and prices do raise. Therfore your rent is going to raise.
