Save yourself from the hassle of horrible apartment living! Like another reviewer said, this place is infested with sexual predators, drug dealers, crackheads, etc. The management is HORRIBLE and RUDE.

- The pool (and the soda machine in the same enclosure) closes at 4 PM on weekdays and weekends alike - it's open only during office hours. So, if you come home after a long day of work to swim - you are S.O.L.

- When I moved in, the carpets had not even been cleaned, they just put some powder crap on it and called it done. Didn't even bother to vacuum it up so when I stepped in I got a huge poof of powder.

- The doors all fall off of the hinges because the right size screws were not used - plus 2 doorknobs have come off in my hands (so far). Other such shoddy workmanship can be found throughout.

- The window screens (the only 2 in the whole apartment) popped out and shattered on the ground a few weeks in.

- Other residents try to start fights with me in the parking lot.

- The people across the way are dealing drugs and their customers constantly block me in and out of my parking spot.

- People steal my laundry from the laundry room or open the dryer and/or move my clothes.

- A crazed black woman roams the apartments demanding cigarettes, yelling at herself and knocking on people's doors (3 that I have talked to) asking for cigarettes.

- Another tenant has sexually harassed my guests asking them if they "would like company tonight."

- People let their kids run freely around the complex. They scream bloody murder at all hours (unsupervised entirely - though I don't know why with all the sexual predators in these apartments) and dart in front of cars.

- I have lived here LESS THAN A YEAR and had NO LESS than SIX apartment inspections, all on separate days. They also never fixed any of the things they said they were going to fix during the inspections.

- Management is extremely rude and mean. Hard to deal with.

This place is a dump and I am eagerly awaiting the day my lease runs up. I won't be missing the faulty electricity (the light in my kitchen turns on and off at random) or the ------ condition these "newly remodeled" apartments are in. I dearly wish I had read sites like this before I signed up for life in this --------.
