So, what's the deal with all of the changeovers in staffing and management at Avalon' I swear, it's like the place is cursed or something.

On the outside, it's a really nice looking place. However, when it comes right down to in once you sign your lease you're stuck. Management turns over on such a regular basis that it's next to impossible to get anyone to fix any problems you may have. Last summer when RATS decided to make our balcony their home, it honestly took almost 3 weeks to get someone out to fix the problem.

When my wife complained about the upstairs neighbour (----) dumping her ------- laundry water on our balcony, they laughed at us and told us "it's not a problem". Sure it's not a problem to them, but picture walking out on your balcony only to find it covered in fresh rat ---- and bleach water.

Seriously, for those of you who are happy there you are the lucky ones.

For anyone considering moving into Avalon, just be aware that it has some serious problems, not to mention that there's a ton of construction going on across the road, which will make your life hell if you get a place that faces Ventura.

Don't do it!
