Wow. What a horrible place. Rental prices are based on the location within the complex, which is expected, but the level of service you get is also based on how much you pay for rent. The nicest buildings are the ones in the back where the staff lives. At the building where I live they cannot even be bothered to put plants in the planters. Every day I am greeted by mounds of dirt. The lower floor units are dark and noisy. Upper floor walkways go right over your bedroom ceiling so don't expect to sleep in. There is no playgound or yard for children yet the place is crawling with them. They play in the road, on the walkways and in the parking garages. One of the best features of the lower floor units is that the sewer pipes run right through your dining room. You are continually serenaded by the upstairs neighbors effluence. Packages, newspapers and laundry are continually stolen. Dog owners do not clean up after their dogs. Forget about having visitors. There is very little guest parking and it is always full. You are supposed to be able to park under your building but there aren't enough spots so you may have park under another building. Our time here feels like a jail sentence. Can't wait to be paroled.
