The person who submitted this review is telling a bold lie. I live here and nothing even close to what they're talking about is taking place. I think this person may be disgruntle because they had to pay their rent or be forced to get evicted. But seriously, since the Avalon Woodland Hills has been under new management, this place couldn't be better.

Clearly you are an Avalon management employee. I personally experienced everything the person below experienced. Left two months early and paid double rent just to get OUT. No matter how clean your apartment is (we had ours professionally cleaned and painted before we left- using their approved "dover white"), they will hit you with the cleaning and painting charge when you leave. Kiss that part of your security deposit goodbye.

I agree with both these people. It is really a bad bunch of people there.I would not be surprised if one their employee's wrote this review about 'this person is a Liar'...anyway this is all the customer service reps are good at alongwith their manager.

i totally disagree with whoever is calling this person a liar! Apparently you work for the company because this place is a complete dump! And everyone one who works in the office is full of crap and rude! I RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! ITS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD
