BAD Service- Good Apartments

We stayed here for over a year and one thing that really stood out versus the previous community we lived at- Warner Center Apts (before it was sold off), was the customer service of Avalon Woodland Hills. They have some very arrogant and irresponsible customer service reps there. Having said that I do not mean to say the entire basket is bad, just those few rotten eggs that need to go.
But I guess with the other communities steadily being converted to private ownership condo's, people don't have much of a choice really. Like us, a lot of other people look the other way.
Goodluck in dealing with these brats!! I bet you, if you sit around for just 20 mins and observe these people handle their tenants, you will be apalled!!
