The Avalon Woodland Hills is definitly not recommended. It was a nightmare living there. It is absolutley not worth all they make it seem. It takes maintenance forever to do anything. There is no visitor parking. The elevators get stuck all the time. The security is a joke, and to top it all off our home was burglarized there. My point is "do not move there..."
