The Truth - Not a good place if you care...

It depends what you care about in an apartment complex. Really. Everyone will have their own opinion. I'm gonna try to be unbiased and just let you know what I have expereienced with my wife.
1. Maintenance
- Not a problem at all FOR US, so far. Very nice. Very efficient. Any problem we had with maintenance was usually corrected within 1 day. Good job here.
2. Rats
- Never seen one. Hope I never do.
3. Noise
- HORRIFIC. HORRIFIC. HORRIFIC. did I mention that there is a lot of noise. Parties EVERY NIGHT - not just weekends. Woken up many nights at 3:00 a.m. hearing people hanging out partying and smoking on balconies. I call security, they do NOTHING. Usually they'll call back 15 minutes later saying "we can't find them." Or... "we knocked on their door and they won't answer so there's nothing we can do." If security would actually patrol, they would find noise every minute of every night. It's disrespectful and insulting htat they do nothing about it.
4. The Community
- A lot of young, noisy people. People who get drunk and smoke in the elevators. Loud and annoying. Friendly if you meet them during the day. Disrespectful when they get drunk and loud at night. A lot of PORN people in this community. No kidding.
5. Safety.
- Haven't really had a problem here... but don't necessarily feel too comfortable having my wife here alone without me when I go away on business. "Thug" looking people hang out in the garage a lot and that worries. Plus, there has been a lot of graffiti in the elevators and garage.
6. Facilities
- Good gym (small but nice), nice pools and jacuzzis. Just fine. Wouldn't write home about it... wouldn't complain. It is what it is. All good.
6. Would I recommend this place'
- No F-ING WAY. We will move out of here as soon as our lease is up. Place is good size. Price is fine. Place is LOUD, UNRULY and HORRIBLE TO LIVE IN. I went to college 12 years ago. I don't need to live in a dorm again. The noise level makes it like a dorm. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
