The Woodland Hills/Ventura Blvd complex is shady and lazy. The maintenance is incompetent and/or just plain lazy. The "controller" of the leasing office frequently lies and spitefully conspires with the management against tenants they decide they dislike (mainly people who catch them lying) to find a way to evict them. In 2005, they did this to many, many tenants. There were frequent break-ins at the complex in several buildings and the leasing office would try to cover it up so the rest of the tenants don't come know about it--duh...safety concerns! The pools regularly tests at high bacteria levels--count on getting sick when you swim and get your own bacteria tester for less than 5 bucks at the local pool store and see for yourself! They suck wicked bad and they don't care cause they all cover each other. Some years back, they had to fire just about (but not all) the whole leasing office staff for same reasons, but the problem still exists! Too many other nice/better places around--don't give them your money!!
