Not so bad but definitely NOT the "luxury" they advertise

The rent is outrageous -- they're charging $1400 for a 1-bedroom apartment...
On first glance, this complex looks very beautiful and luxurious, but on closer inspection, the place is dirty and not well kept.
Guest parking is absurd. Consider yourself very lucky if your guests are able to grab one of the few spots.
The gym is decent and there are two pools in the complex. Other than that, it's just a regular, over-priced apartment complex.
