I have lived her for a year and it has been awful. If you are looking for a nice quite and clean place to live this is not it. Instead you will find yourself trying to avoid stepping in pet waste, kids screaming in the courtyard and parents that don't care. Management that doesn't manage and sercuity guards that are a joke. Oh and don't forget the noisy neighbors. Watch out as your coming home to park your car, kids are skateboarding in the parking area. Watch out there may be pet waste you step in on the way up to your apartment. Yes pet waste on the concrete slab of the parking garage.
