I lived here for 1.6 years. The building was always filthy, the roof of the garage leaked acid on my car and the air quality in my apartment, not to mention the poor maintenance conditions was terrible. They raise the rent as quickly as they can and they are not sympathetic to their tenants. Moving here is not the brightest idea. There are many other decent apartments located near the area to not have to subject yourself to them. Unfortunately, the major competition (Warner Center Apartments) turned into condos! Also, the management obviously works on commission and could truly care less about you once you have been suckered into moving in!
