This place looks awesome from the outside but live there for a month and you will find out how terrible the place is. I'm going to be really honest here. Problem #1- Parking garage is terribly disgusting, it smell like urine in the hallways, do not have visitors because there wont be any place for them to park and car will eventually get broken into (there is NOT any security cameras there so if there is something valuable stolen, chances are you wont get it back. The carpet in the apartments are not really cleaned properly so in less than one month, guarantee you dirt comes up from the carpet, they make is look clean at first but its just covering the dirt that already exists. The elevators are always broken and are not fixed for weeks (so if you live on the 3-5 floor (1-2 floor are parking) get ready to carry all your grocery bags flights of stairs). For example, (true story), there was an elderly lady who was on an oxygen tank and wanted to go downstairs for a stroll, I was outside and this poor lady could not even go down to her car.

Management sucks. Have a problem and need to discuss to management' Forget about it! Whatever you have to say, she is not interested, seriously! How about that workout room' Well let's see. Made in probably 1975 and has not been updated since then! One workout room probably the size of a full size living room for ALL the tenants! Two very old treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, 2 stairmasters and a couple of weight machines (5 to be exact) All are always OCCUPIED and the gym closes early!!!!! I just bought a gym membership to the local gym instead.

The only thing nice about this apartment is there two pools. The pool in the back of the apartments have a spectacular view!

Little things like the apartments do not have doorbells (weird huh'), the smoke detectors are extrememly LOUD and are many false alarms. One went off 2 o'clock in the morning for the entire building and it was FALSE!!!

I wrote this because I hope someone would have done the same for me. All these problems are true and if you live or have lived at this apartment. Please commemt and tell how true these statements are and if they are not true, please comment as well. Happy apartment hunting!
