Let s look from positive side first it is reasonably priced, and good located place.
Gym I have seen worst but it is definitely needs update.
Two pools are very good and relatively clean.
In general this place was designed for good living.
Let s look from negative side:
Security since they change security firm the security does not exists, cars are got broken, and everyone drives in without any problems, homeless from the street are chasing the garbage cans and washing their hand in the pool! People from the street coming to exercise in gym like in free health club! ALL pool, gym, street doors are broken! Kids from school gather in large gangs and swim naked in the pool and fighting on the street. It is ZERO security place, and you better off to walk around with pepper spray! We lived here for while and never seen anything like that! It is become normal to see cops so often!
Parking sucks! If you got visitor forget to find parking. Numbers are not clear, and everything is dirty and filthy!
Maintenance they have few good people but it is not enough, maintenance manager is complete useless, inadequate, incompetent person who does nothing.
The Dark Side of the Moon is the STAFF. Disputing their friendly approach staff is truly unprofessional, they forgot promise in next minute, they will never follow up, and they are all demonstration of the incapability to perform basic property management tasks
Overall new management, tighter security and good maintenance crew can easy save this apartment complex from total degradation and becoming a dumpster.
