Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
So many problems (in no particular order)
1) Not safe (police are here for assault and more often)
2) Management is not honest
3) Multi-million dollar renovation about to start (often not disclosed to tenants)
4) Even in a lease Avalon may give you a 60 day notice due to construction
5) I have to park in a building far away from mine (not disclosed at time of lease)
6) Outside of property looks fine but exteriors are falling apart
7) High staff turnover and staff is rude and does not want to make the time to help
8) Many of my appliances (which were old) have broken
9) Washers and dryers I are in deplorable shape and are not often fixed
