We have lived here for two and a half years. No we do not work for Avalon! We have never experienced any of the things that are said on this site except for occasional noise, and when we lived in building 10 the elevator would break down. However, the maintenance staff has always been extremely helpful, and so has the leasing staff. We are nice to them and they are nice to us. We have recently moved to an upgraded unit, and it was a great decision, not only did we get two months free, but they also did not charge us anything to move, or to care for our old unit. The Avalon may have had problems in the past, but since we have lived here we have enjoyed our 2 apartments, and feel that they are continually trying to make this even better place to live. There are some shady people here, but unfortunately that is apartment living and happens everywhere! All around this has been a positive experience for us, and since this is the best value in the area we will be here until we can buy a house.
