Once you sign the contract to become a tenant don't expect the office to help resolve any maintenance problems. They only focus on bringing in new tenants and ignore current residents. Don't expect them to acknowledge you when you walk into their office. They do they're best to ignore you and pretend you're not there. I complained for 3 days about the a/c being broken in my apartment. I have a year old daughter and the temperature was over 100 degrees every day. They kept saying they were going to fix it but they never came. The third day I waited forever until I had to interrupt one of them to help me because they were never going to. The lady seemed annoyed that I interrupted for a maintenance issue. Because of course it's not important right' She had another guy help me while she kept trying to convince this couple that they're apartments were so great (...bs). He told me the maintenance guy would be hear the next day to help. Thanks for making my family wait 4 days for air conditioning. Much appreciated. So glad they care about their tenants. This is only 1 of many numerous problems we had such as this with Avalon. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT FROM AVALON WOODLAND HILLS!!!
