Here is what I have seen since I have moved here.. and mind you, I pay almost $1800 a month for a small one bedroom...
- My car has been broken into twice!
- For months after I moved in, almost on a weekly basis my apartment was egged
- I have seen two other cars broken into in my garage alone
- Other cars the victim of hit and runs
- I have watched real production pornography being filmed in the apartment behind mine
- I cannot leave my apartment at night without being flooded by the smell of marijuana
- Constant very loud parties, with groups of people loitering in the courtyards
(mind you on most of these I notified security who said there was nothing they could do )
- Human urination in the stairwells, countless times
- Cannot take my family to the pool because of constant profanity
- Was greeted one morning to a hot tub filled with a pool chair, about 15 beer cans and some cigarette butts.
