This apartment complex is absolutely horrific. If you move here, plan on smelling foul odors anytime you turn on the a/c. The odor from whatever nasty food your neighbors might be cooking will be traveling through your vents and lingering around your balcony. Don't plan on having any guests over because there is no parking on the street and if you park in the so called "guest parking," management will put a huge sticker on the vehicle to ruin the window and then have the car towed. Hardly anyone speaks English and they allow 7 people to live in a 1 bedroom apartment. They allow huge dogs to live in the building, so expect loud barking and gigantic dumps all over the premises. Children run around screaming and ride their scooters through the hallways too. People constantly set off the fire alarms. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. You can complain to the office, but they rarely ever take care of any issues. They do very little painting or cleaning before you move into your unit and when you move out don't plan on cleaning because not only will you lose your deposit...you will receive a bill for damages that don't exist. This is the worst complex ever. Don't waste your money!!!
