We've lived here for almost a year now and from what I can tell it's still going well. So far, no incidents of cops raiding the place, pest infestations, illegal or questionable activities, or unsavory characters hanging out in community. I had all of those incidents at my previous apartment in North Hollywood.

So far...
The residents have been very friendly. There haven't been any incidents where the cops have been needed to my knowledge. Everyone seems to respect each other's property and the common areas, additionally there are no Section 8's that live here.

The management has been very proactive and attentive in dealing with issues I've brought up on a number of occasions. At this time I cannot find any fault in the management team. They actually deserve a round of applause for doing their job as well as for their extra circular activities that they plan for us. (ie. Complimentary weekly Yoga for the ladies, and weekly Sunday brunches, yes I did say WEEKLY, and I did mean to say it was FREE!)

Parking here is assigned and ample. There seems to be plenty of "Guest" parking in the parking structure. Occasionally there will be a "visitor" car parked in my parking space when I've come home from work, but so far it hasn't been a chronic issue.

The property is kept up pretty well, again, its a new place so hopefully things continue on their positive trend. As far as security goes, it seems to be pretty secure, there's a night guard that actually does rounds instead of sitting on his/her behind texting the night away in a chair. Thankfully he's active.

As for the apartment units, I can only speak of mine and those I saw on my initial tour. I am very happy with the layouts and everything else. Its a perk that this is all brand new so so far nothing has been an issue inside the apartment yet.

The maintenance crew here is also great. They are responsive to issues brought up and very helpful.

If I had to point out positives and negatives about the Carillon, The positives far out weigh my one negative comment in regards to my upstairs neighbor who apparently is a brontosaurus or is morbidly obese. That is the only explaination I can find for the daily "stomping" noises coming from upstairs when they walk across their apartment. But other than that, I could not ask for a better apartment community to live in. A much needed upgrade and change of things over my prior hell hole of an apartment in North Hollywood.

The positives are many:
Washer/Dryer in Unit.
Roman Tubs.
Very nice business center.
Very nice staff.
Very nice pool/BBQ area.
Very nice Gym.
Very nice overall.
