Don't be fooled by the lovely decor. This place has left a taste in my mouth so bitter that it literally pains me to call anything about this place "lovely".
The sad thing is, if it was not for the TOTALLY INEPT staff, the place itself might actually be ok. The staff is the biggest bunch of kiss-ass idiots I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They will just straight lie to your face. I am going to say that again: they just LIE TO YOUR FACE. And because they are all so nice and friendly, you believe them....and end up getting totally screwed. They tell you what you want to hear to your face, but then you will never talk to them again. Either nobody there knows how to take a message or nobody ever responds to their messages...either way, it is the worst run "business" I can think of...and I am counting the guy who sells maps to star homes on street corners. My roommate and I already got the hell out of here, but God only knows how much $$ they scammed us out of, seeing as how our move-out invoice was HAND-SCRIBBLED. Yes, seriously. They will hand you hand-written, un-tiemized invoices, where they have crossed-out and changed #s with no explanation as to why. They will do this with a completely serious face. If you try and dispute they will turn hostile. Don't even think you're going to speak to a manager. They all act like the manager is the all-powerful Oz...except they don't know who he is, how to contact him, and have never seen him.

Bottom line: TERRIBLE. I would not have wasted my time writing this review if it were not for the fact that I really do not want other honest, hard-working people like us to end up in this terrible situation!
