Beautiful grounds! But, too many druggies hanging around on their cell phones. And teens in large groups by the pool smoking pot day and night. They all climb up the hill on the Neveda street side. The locks on the gates are broken by them and the gym is taken over as well. They let their friends in by leaving gates and doors ajar or breaking them. We are paying $3000 a month for all the low lifes to use all of the facilities for FREE!

What not a glowing report like management always writes. Yes you can walk the grounds but have a weapon and be careful you don't get run over by a speeding car. The reviews like above that are truly written by tenants tell the truth.

Horrible place to live. This last month I did run into financial problems. My July rent was four weeks overdue. On that same day, July 28th I recieved a summons to appear in court in LA from The Summit at Warner Center. On July 31st I tried to pay my rent with late fee, but was told I had to pay $693.45 extra for legal fees. I went a got another money order for that amount, and paid it in addition to my late rent on August 1st. I handed them the two money orders but they wouldn't take it. They said I had to submit it with the August rent too, eventhough it is not considered late until August 3rd! So they are demanding $5,500. Well, my wife and I promply gave thirty days notice and filed a complaint with the police just so we could document what is going on. They have an Ethiopian manager there with an accent so thick you can't even uderstand her. She allows about 20% Section 8 units there so the place is drug infested and dangerous. It is run by a huge corporation that is in Texas, so if you have a problem you are at the mercy of the Ethiopian lady named "TT", and this fat guy who weighs over 300 lbs. Stay away form the summit at Warner Center whatever you do!
