There are far too many cons to list. The cons far outweigh the pros which I do concur are simply the outdoor amenities. The pool and basketball court are nice but you will not be living or spending a great deal of your time in either place. The interiors of the apartments leave much to be desired as do the professionalism of the staff. The hallways, grounds, and parking are subpar at best and seem more suited to a lower end community. Go to other sites for renting and you will find far better for your money.
