I lived in the complex for 3.5 years and the first 1.5 years were great. Management was good and responsive. Shortly after, new management took over and the place started to degrade quickly. Rent prices skyrocketed and no one in the office seemed to care. I tried to call the management group, but they never return phone calls. As mentioned in a previous review, even security got worse. In the building I lived in there were 3 car break-ins within 2 months. The front gate seemed to be open regularly in the middle of the night, even after multiple complaints to the office. Instead of multiple security patrols, the management reduced the force to one security car. My roomate and I always paid the rent on time. Within the last 1.5 years they added water/trash to the bill. The office had a mix-up and sent us an eviction notice, which the "new" management was not at all concerned with helping us clear up this problem, even though it was their mistake. Also, the original maintenance guy was one person you could trust to enter your apartment when no one was home, but the new management got rid of him too. Overall, the Warner Center used to be a great place to live, but the new management has turned the place into a questionable place to live with their lack or caring and lack of responsiveness. Not to mention the extreme rent prices.
