Not only does management ignore problems you continually tell them about, but they left a nasty message on my answering machine as well. I had an issue with getting 2 seperate parking spots instead of one tandem spot, that I was told upon signing my lease agreement I would recieve in a week. After that week was over a nasty woman at the front desk told me that the guy I signed the lease with was new.....therefore anything he promised would not be given to me. Not only were they rude to me but I felt like I had been cheated.
Also, I had to tell them 3 times to fix a cracked window over a period of 3 weeks when I first moved in.
