The management has been very responsive to maintenance requests. Usually quiet if you can get an apartment that doesn't face where the kids play (and they do exist).

Only the big pool is heated so beware of that if you move near the smaller ones. Unless you like cold water ...

The grounds are kept clean, but the tenants themselves can occassionally be pigs - at times tossing trash in the elevator bays or on the grounds. It gets cleaned up fairly fast but I wish these isolated individuals would be somehow magically filtered out. But if you are going to rent, this is what one has to deal with.

The jacuzzis are sometimes cloudy and disguisting, but for the most part, they are kept clean. Again, I think this is more the fault of tennants who change their kids diapers in the spas, or smokers who use the spas while they chain smoke. Yeah - I like things clean.

Noise isn't too bad, but bass will bleed through the walls, so get good neighbors. But most other noise is well buffered.

Compared to other apartments at this price ($1200 for a one bedroom), it works for me. I'd rather pay $1500 for a quieter place that is a little nicer, but they don't exist. I think you have to go to about $2000/month for a 1 bedroom to get something considerably better.
