My review is on the whole negative, but I do want to give you the positives first to show that I do want to give a fair review

The Pros and Cons
Pros:
1. Resort style pool
2. Fairly nice look with the beautiful trees
3. Ok look to main lobby
4. 5 tennis courts & a basketball court on the way
5. Many areas to walk around in
6. Public barbeque areas

Cons:
1. For midgets with lots of clothes who don't cook: Very bad interior design. Very very small! A friend called it a "matchbox". Three closets but otherwise very little storage space. Tiny kitchen. Tiny bedroom. Wierdly shaped living / dining space that's hard to put furniture in.
2. Forget cool Satellite TV: Satellite dish cannot be installed without risking the wrath of the warner center by drilling a hole in apartment. The Adelphia Cable truly sucks in quality and quantity.
3. Not for people who have nice cars or who might want to leave anything inside the car: Since I've lived here, there were too many break-ins to cars that I've heard of. One happened to a car right next to mine.
4. Get ready to lug your trash & dirty clothes: No trash disposal nor laundry facility on each floor. You have to lug trash down to the garage and the laundry to the 1st floor. Also be ready to have a years' worth of coins for the laundry, because they don't have a coin machine in the laundry room
5. Sloppy and inferior fixtures & finishing: The fixtures are medium to low quality and the paint job is sloppy and the carpet breaks down and sticks to your clothes
6. Get ready to swim in muck: The pools look dirty especially the ones not by the management office
7. Don't be stingy, share your potato chips: When I left some potato chips in the cupboard next to the kitchen, a whole nest of ants got all over the cupboards and I spent the entire evening fending off ants. Gross! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
