The Warner Center isn't fooling anyone

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It's really sad when management has to come to this site to give good ratings. They are the only ones that think the building is perfect. Most of the tenants I've talked to is very,very unhappy with managment, elevators not working, and vehicles being vandalized. Fellow tenants are very pleasant. The only problem is management.
