i just want to say, when Tom Saldana and Jane Sage and Celeni Mai was the manager the property was at it's best. In the last couple years the property has gone down the hill. The new manager and leasing manager has no idea what the hell they are doing, most of this comes from the management company, AIMCO.This comes from hiring people with no propety management skills or people skills. The company is cheap and only care about how much money they can generate and pay no attention to the resident's needs or the employee's need. As of today the Warner Center Apts has lost very good people and will continue to loose very good people. The situation as it is now, the Warner Center Apts is a run-down, ghetto-style living, with cars being stolen, apts not been taken care of, anyone can live there. What ever happen to "Luxuary Living"' More live Gettho living. The current manager and leasing manager has nooooooooooo idea what they are doing. Who hires a school teacher to run a office and a building of 1280 units' She is lazy and has no idea what the ---- she is doing and has the nerve to give other employees a hard time. As for the property manager, can I say tweety bird who has not taken her valium or koo-koo pills. Final note, from the management company(Aimco) down to the property manager(Annette Stark) and leasing manager(Carrie Polonsky)they are prejerdice, none appreciative, dumb and even dumber set of people, to work or deal with. I would stay away from Warner Center and any Aimco rum properties, because you would be in for a bad living or working experience.
