In the few months I've lived here. Nearly a dozen cars in my building have had their tires slashed, my motorcycle was stolen, a van was stolen out of our building, and nearly every light in the building has been broken leaving glass on the walkways. Trash and dog excretions are common sights in my building's hallways. The management will promise action and NEVER deliver. If they promise you a phone call, do not wait for it. I was told that I could be out of my lease when I found out that people with knives had made my building a hangout. Then the management went back on their word and told me it would be thirty more days and a month's rent beyond that to get out. That total is $3,397.00 that I have to pay for another month of life-threatening danger, theft, and vandalism. You will not see this side of the management or the grounds while they are showing you around. They promised to file paperwork with their insurance company for my damages and NEVER did. Any problems you have will be met with lies and frustration. DO NOT LIVE HERE! For your safety, find somewhere else.
