The walkways are rarely washed, but often enough, just painted over. Security and maintenance march past everyone's door shouting on their two-ways early every morning. The elevator is constantly broken; the garage floods from rain or when the sewage pipes burst from above; walls are too thin to block the sound of toiletts flushing next door; ceilings amplify every step, hop, gallap, or slight shift of weight from upstairs. The neighborhood is unpleasant, unsafe, and unfriendly. Rent is way too high too.
