This is an ok place to live as an in-between. I have lived in these apartments for almost 3 years now and will be moving at the end of this lease. There are some nice people in the management office - although at times it will take a few calls to them to get a responce. The maintence team has always been extremely nice and always fast.

I have lived in two building in my stay here and I must say it depends on the apartment building you are in... It was like moving to a whole different neighboorhood and the two buildings were are different as Night and Day. At Warner Center they have Teams for each building and my second team for Bldg 11 is much better than the first building we lived in. The Parking is OK. There is no guest parking if you live in Building 11 and we have had issues with people in the building abandoning cars in what guest parking there is.

The rent of the what you get (older apartments with small rooms, smaller bathrooms and a closet for a kitchen) is not worth it. If you are single or just starting out - then this is a great place for you to live. If you are a family and need room - look else where.
