This Place is Disgusting

I HATED living at the Warner Center Apartments. The garage was never clean, the elevators smelled like urine, and the people who lived were creepy. My neighbors were insanely loud and vulgar and when I called management to complain they said to call security, when I called security they would do nothing about it. This place sucks. The rent is too high and so are most of the people who live there.
