This place is getting worse

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I have lived in this apartment for more than 2 years now. Right from the start staff lied about facilities available in the apartment. I was promised a washer and dryer and it did not exist in the apartment when I showed up with my check.
These days there are several car and mail thefts, Mailboxes are broke open overnight We have complained repeatedly but they have not repaired it yet.
If you choose to live here make sure you grab your mail daily .
