We thought that we wanted to rent an apartment, and left a $100 check to hold it. We also included $60 to cover fee processing for two applications. After looking at this site and talking to others, we called Warner Center the next day to cancel our apt hold and get the check mailed back. I was assured that the check would be returned, and ripped up just to be sure. A couple of weeks went by, so before I called them back, I checked with my bank. Warner Center CASHED MY CHECK!
