Warner Center finally got new management, but they haven't impressed me. Last month I paid my rent on time & then two days ago I get a 24 hour notice at 9pm at night that says I have 3 days to pay my rent or move out & if I don't respond by 9am my file will be forwarded to their attorney & will have to pay his fees as well. My fiance & I went to the office first thing in the morning & it turns out they had out check the whole time, but they didn't know which apartment it went to b/c my fiance wrote it & he wasn't in their computer system, only I was. Instead of looking on our lease or calling me they just decided to slip a notice in my door at 9pm threatening me w/ a lawyer.

Not only that - I have complained several times about the noise that comes from the apartment above mine & finally the woman in the office told me they were transferring & things should be better in a few days. That was a week ago & they are still incredibly loud, but I'm sick of complaining & getting the run around.

I would not recommend living at the Warner Center. They make excuses for things like why they don't have enough security & they don't take responsibility. I will be moving at soon as my lease it up, in fact I thought about trying to move before then b/c I hate it so much!!!!

For the price I'm paying - I'm not getting quality management or a nice place to live.
