I have lived in this complex (building 5) for the past 11 months. Everyday when I come home, I am immediatly stressed out. The parking situation is horrendous. If you thought looking for a parking spot in the mall was bad, try looking for one here.. My neighbors upstairs are the loudest people I have ever heard. I hear every move they make. During our walkthrough (which you have to do alone), I filled up about 4 pieces of paper with problems that my apartment had. They are constantly repainting the speedbumps, which is extremely unneccesary. The gates are always open and even when they're not, all you have to do is wait for a car to pull in and you just have to follow them in (which is about every six seconds at all hours of the night). People are driving through the parking lot at all hours of the night as well, doing about 60mph in the 5mph zone. I hear nothing but bass music blasting from these cars as they honk their horns at 4am. The place looks like paradise when you visit it, but once you move in, it is terrible. I would NOT recommend living here. Im moving in 2 weeks and Ive never been more excited to leave a place.
