New paint job; same Old apartments

The new management company is ostensibly spending $25 millon to renovate Warner Center, but all they are doing is giving the place crappy paint job and trimming the trees. They hired the cheapest, sloppiest painting company too! And for some idiotic reason, they painted the metal roofs black! My apartment is going to fry in the summer.
Anyone who is going to spend $300K-400K for one of the condos is nuts.
