A Deceiving Place and a slum

I gotta hand it to the leasing consultants. They coded everything with sugar and since this was my first apartment I bought into their scheme. Within 4 months of moving into the Warner Center my hot water heater broke, the toilet flusher snapped, the shower faucet had to be replaced due to a water leak, and the pilet light for my fireplace was never lit. The garage area in building 7 is discusting, the mailboxes aren't properly attached to the wall so they're always loose, and several conrete tiles have come apart. I also began to have mold growing in my apartment. But this is a blessing because now I can move out asap without paying a penalty fee because I had threatened to call the LA county health official. Also the $2.00 vinyl floor they put in tears up right away. In addition, the property is run by just a bunch of entry level kids who cannot tell their head from their a$%;.
The property was also bought by an ivestment and property management company called Macbeth. They are renovating the outside of the building and they have done a sloppy job and it is a huge inconvenience. Also at least in my unit the area conditioner and heater is quite noisy. The building is also so poorly insulated and cheaply built that you can easily hear people above and around you. You can hear them conversating, listening to their getto bass shake your apartment, and you can even hear them having sex.
Please, if you are looking for a place to live, do not be fooled. I have also accused them of painting over moldy apartments when they do their renovations between tenats.
I am so happy to get out of here. I just found a place in Oakwood Apartments and they are very high class and a lot nicer then the ghetto Warner Center.
I am calling for a petition of all unhappy residents to mark a complain on here or email me at Deftonesbro34@yahoo.com to share their story so that I may file a formal complaint to the Department of fair housing and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Something needs to be done. We cannot let these deceiving liars at the Warner Center prey on innocent consumers who are fooled by the broken promises and the fake models they show you. It is time to take action friends and show Macbeth and the Warner staff they we will no longer be fooled. Don't let them take advantage of you. Join my in a petition so people are aware of what's really going on.
