Warner Center appartments is trying to escape its bad reputation!
Now that they're thrown a new coat of paint on the units and are selling them as well as renting them, nothing much has changed.
The office policy is still confusing and the staff is still lying to us!
DO NOT BUY THESE DUMPS!
You will regret it for the rest of your life!
