I lived there for about 2 years under the management of Jane Sage. Our leasing consultant, Lena LeVasseur, always ensured our stay was comfortable. We were treated like guests at a fine hotel. The facilities were fantastic and if anything ever broke as everything does in this world, it was fixed immediately. There was the occasional security problem but that is everywhere...(we now live down the road from where a suicide bomber was shot 4 weeks ago - yes we are now living in the middle east) Therefore, getting it into perspective, the Warner Apartments is not the worst place in the world. Above all, it's what you make of a place that makes all the difference. We are paying more rent now than what we did for our apartment at WC and in the past 6 weeks, we have had the bathroom leak water, the washing machine broken, elevator broken 12 times, air conditioner broken twice, power failure 9 times, phone line broken twice, continual ant infestation in loungeroom, plaster falling from the ceiling, hot water service pilot light goes out every time you use the hot water and numerous other little problems. Again, putting it into perspective, I doubt this is happening at the Warner Centre. Appreciate what you have - 6 tennis courts, numerous pools, spas, picnic areas, etc. Overall, I would live there in a heartbeat just depending on the neighbours though.
