Our experiences with "Kat" the sales consultant at Warner Pines was truly one of the WORST of our adult lives. I have never managed to meet a ruder, more unprofessional sales person. It is simply incredible to us (my wife and I) that she has a job showing and leasing units there. I left there with SUCH a bad taste in my mouth. Please be aware of any location where the sales people don't even TRY to pretend to be nice. No "Hello's", or "Thanks for coming by", or "Please have a seat here and fill this paperwork out". Nothing like that. She responded to our request to see an apt. with the word, "Yes'" and as we were walking around the grounds she added, "I SAID that we have only a two-bedroom right now, weren't you paying attention'" -- I was simply floored by that kind of attitude. It was a pleasant lay-out with the plants and water and all, but I get the feeling that they wouldn't even ATTEMPT to fix or address any problems once they arise. Our visit was a nasty, unpleasant experience and we wouldn't rent from Warner Pines if it was the last place left in LA. Go see for yourself. Be careful.
