My husband and I were able to purchase our 1st home at the Metropolitan. We were so excited to get into the market and with the Metropolitan, we got a 3 bedroom. We also have a toddler and newborn and are please with the amount of space they can play and grow. Our neighbors are great and I haven't had the same experience the previous poster had about the noise as I've never heard my neighbors and luckily, they've never heard us or our baby's crying spells in the middle of the night! We also didn't have any issues with mold or window leaks and have recommended this complex to several friends. We are just so thrilled that we were able to buy in the Valley for such a great price, and for all that we got - the fitness center is really nice and the pools are so great, especially with this heat! Overall we are just so happy with our experience!
