I moved into building 11 about a year ago and it happily and eager to move out. Building 11 is the worst place to move into. My husband and I felt like we were trapped.

1. We rarely have our windows and the sliding doors (to the patio) open, because the neighbors are very noisy.
2. Often, I would hear various neighbors (across from the other building) talking; having their televion on too loud; their phone ringing off the hooks; etc.
3. I lived on the top level and could hear the neighbors below and next to me.
4. The venting system is terrible, because fumes/smells from another apartment will come through should you exhaust or fan.
5. There's a raid of ants in the garage and in our apartment. These are oil ants, hence they travel through pipes.
6. The gate to the building is often and always open. Twice, the gate was broken and locked residents'car in the building (at 8:00am) or maintenace will keep it open overnight cause they can't fix it right.
7. I've seen numerous people from another complex using Warner Center's recreation facility - hence there's no security to residents.
8. Management is constantly updating THE LOOK of the building (fixing the roof, carpet, paint, etc.) and pay little or no attention to residents' need. Therefore, all benefits to them and none to the resident.
9. The elevator is always broken.

Most importantly, although I lived in building 11, I believed this is similar throughout this complex.
