I lived at Lincoln GARDENS aPTS ONLY FOR A SHORT TIME THEN MOVED TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON I AM NOW PLANNING ON MOVING BACK TO WOODLAND CA. AND HOPE TO MOVE BACK TO LINCOLN GARDENS IF THERE IS A APT AVAILEBLE. IT WAS VERY QUITE THERE AND NIGHT TIME LIGHTING WAS EXCELLENT.I FELT VERY SAFE THERE. THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL.
